Q. How far are you from Gatlinburg?
A. We are approximately 12 miles from Gatlinburg
Q. Do you have cabins to rent or just campsites?

Q. What is the "best" way to come to your park?
A. If you do not mind sitting in traffic, thru pigeon forge & gatlinburg, but if you drive to exit 440 (newport) you will miss most of the traffic. Take exit # 435 Newport if coming east bound on Hwy 40 and Exit 440 if coming west bound on Hwy 40. You can find driving directions here http://www.abgatlinburg.com/Directions-to-Gatlinburg-TN.html
Q. Can we put a second family on our campsite in a tent?
A. Each campsite is for one family only. A second family would be required to reserve another campsite
Q. How many people can we put on a campsite?
A. A campsite can accommodate a family of 8 persons
Q. Can we put a tent on a full hook up site?
A. Tents are not allowed on a full hook up sites, you must reserve a tent site.
Q. Can we request a specific campsite?
A. We welcome your requests and will do our best to accommodate you; however, can not guarantee a specific site.
Q. Are we allowed to bring pets?
A. Yes, your pets are welcome as long as they are cleaned up after, kept on a leash and supervised at all times. Pets are not permitted in or on rental unit sites.
Q. Why do I owe money at check-in if I paid online with my credit card?
A. Taxes are not currently included in the online price and are due upon check-in. Additional children charges are also not included on regular reservations (they can be added to a package reservation) Our Family Friendly Rates include 2 Adults & immediate children under 17 living in the same household. Additional charges are Guest Children 2-17 $4/night, Adults $6/night and Seniors $5/night
Q. How large of an RV will your park accomodate?
A. We have a few sites that will accomodate a 40' plus
Q. What time does the water slide open & close?
A. 12 pm - 6 pm (weather permitting)
Q. What time does the pool open & close?
A. 10 am - 11 pm (weather permitting)
Q. What time does the arcade close?
A. The arcade closes at 11 pm
Q. Can we bring our own personal golf cart?
A. No, personal golf carts are not allowed. We do have a limited number of golf carts to rent
Q. Are bicycles allowed?
A. Yes, however bicycle riding after dark is not allowed
Q. Can I fish in the pond?
A. Yes, you may purchase a wristband in the general store for $6.50, this is for two fish, you may not catch and release
